Rs200

Rs200 book stacker is a production line solution which enables companies to minimize labor costs and labor intensity. The advantage of the Rs200 model lies in its very competitive price, and ease of implementation. Alone, this model is sufficient in working with thinner books, medium sized stacks (up to 170mm), and overall less busy lines and processes. Moreover, it is a perfect solution for testing new machinery, as well as starting new production lines. Books that leave the Rs200 are evenly stacked and are instantly ready to be forwarded to the next station. The stacker is perfect for work with both finished and semi-finished products, when it is not necessary to compensate.

The versatility of this machine makes it compatible with the largest manufacturers such as Muller Martini, Meccanotecnica, Horizon, Wohlenberg etc.

The machine was designed specifically to support the machines: Horizon BQ-500 and Horizon HT-1000V. It is however compatible with moajority of the machines from the digital book segment (up to 2000c/h).
