ROBO Stacker Rs500

Rs500 book stacker is a production line solution which enables companies to minimize labor costs and labor intensity. The uniqueness of this specific model lies in its minimized error rate that was achieved through implementing a temporary holder placed half-way down the books’ fall, making sure that books do not collide, as well as ensuring they fall smoothly to the intended place. Books that leave the machine are evenly stacked and are instantly ready to be forwarded to the next station. The stacker is perfect for work with both finished and semi-finished products, when it is not necessary to compensate.

The machine is designed to stack books, or book blocks of known parameters. It has two operating modes programed; both of them can be adjusted specifically to the required needs:

  • High speed mode – designed to quickly delivery stacks (up to 5000c/h) of height below the temporary holder of ~150mm.
  • High stack mode – works slower than the high speed mode (up to 2000c/h), however is able to deliver stacks of up to 290mm. 

The versatility of this machine makes it compatible with the largest manufacturers such as Muller Martini, Meccanotecnica, Horizon, Wohlenberg, Perfecta etc.

The waste conveyor was designed specifically to support the machines: Horizon HT-1000V (high stack mode) and Muller Martini Granit (high speed mode). It is however compatible with majority of the machines from the digital book segment, like Muller Martini Infinitrim, Polar Mohr BC-330, MitaTrim machines and many more!
